Whether you've been browsing our display, picking up recommendations from our volunteers, or just stopping by for a browse, we hope you've found something wonderful to read this month.

Our Pride Month Pick

One book we can't stop recommending this June is Heartstopper by Alice Oseman, joyful, tender, and perfect for readers of all ages. If you haven't picked it up yet, come in and grab a copy!

Father's Day Cards

With Father's Day on Sunday 21st June, we have free Father's Day cards available to colour in, perfect for little ones who want to make something special for the dad in their life! Cards are free, but if you'd like to leave a small donation, we'd be very grateful. Pop in and grab one before they disappear.

What's Coming Up in the Second Half of June

We have two brilliant events to look forward to before the month is out:

📅 Talk by CSI Jasmine White — Wednesday 25th June
We are thrilled to welcome CSI Jasmine White for what promises to be a fascinating evening. Please note this event is now sold out,  thank you to everyone who booked!

📅 Children's Story Time — Saturday 27th June, 10:30am
Our popular Children's Story Time is back! This week we'll be reading Elmer Again by David McKee. Join us for a fun, relaxed morning of stories and imagination. All welcome, no booking needed, just turn up and enjoy!

We can't wait to see you. As always, the library is here for everyone in our community, come in, stay a while, and find your next great read!
